Proposals & Forms
Curriculum proposals are submitted in the Curriculum Forms System.
Financial Implication Forms are required for new programs and program revisions that increase total required hours.
Requests for Program Name Changes, New Course Subject Codes and New/Changes to Course Material Fees are submitted to the Provost's Office.
